Diagnostic Ultrasounds

We offer diagnostic ultrasounds from the first trimester up until you deliver your baby. 

We also provide non-pregnant pelvic ultrasounds. 

All ultrasounds are performed by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with over 12+ years of OB/Gyn experience.

 Diagonostic ultrasounds require an order from your midwife or OB/Gyn. A Radiologist will review your images and an official report will be sent to your provider within 24-48 hours following your exam.  

Pricing is for self-pay only; we do not accept insurance. Cost shown includes radiology reading fee.

• Evaluate gestational age and determine baby’s estimate due date
• Baby’s heartbeat
• Assess uterus and ovaries for size and abnormalities
• This ultrasound may be performed transabdominally or transvaginal. If a transvaginal exam is necessary to see your baby, add $30

Usually between 20-22 weeks

• This examination includes a complete survey of your baby’s organs including brain, heart, spine, face, limbs, placenta, cervix, baby's position, amniotic fluid, and estimated fetal weight.

Your OB/Gyn or midwife may order a follow-up ultrasound to re-evaluate anything that was not seen well the first time due to your baby’s position, or they may need to take another look at an abnormality that was seen on your anatomy ultrasound. 

• This ultrasound includes measurements of baby with an estimated fetal weight, amniotic fluid evaluation, placenta and position.

• This ultrasound includes amniotic fluid evaluation, placenta, and position.
• This ultrasound does not provide measurements of the baby and does not provide an estimated fetal weight.

This ultrasound is a pre-natal ultrasound used to check on baby’s well-being. This ultrasound is usually done sometime after 32 weeks of pregnancy. The BPP will observe baby’s movement, tone, amniotic fluid and fetal breathing. Baby will be given a score out of 8.

This ultrasound images the pancreas, gallbladder, liver, and right kidney. 

Nothing to eat or drink 8 hours prior to exam. 

This ultrasound images the pancreas, gallbladder, liver, right and left kidney, and spleen.

 Nothing to eat or drink 8 hours prior to exam.

This ultrasound images both kidneys and bladder.
